Do you have what it takes to join Blossom VA?
Experience:
A minimum of 1 year of experience as a virtual assistant in U.S. real estate in areas such as administrative support, personal assistance, prospecting, MLS CRM, bookkeeping, sales, marketing, transaction coordination, or project management.
Language:
Fluent in both spoken and written English. Proficiency in additional languages is a valuable bonus, enabling broader support for international clients and diverse business needs.
Work Environment:
A reliable home office setup equipped with all the necessary tools for efficient work, including a high-speed internet connection to ensure seamless communication and productivity at all times.
Skills:
Proactive, detail-oriented, and familiar with tools like Google Workspace, MS Office, or project management software. Any other knowledge of media creation tools would be a plus.
